Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we kindly as a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Since the services are reserved for you personally, any cancellations under 24 hours will result in a required deposit to rebook.

Refunds:
No refunds are given for services rendered.

Reaction and Sensitivities:
A reaction to products used during you lash service, although very low-risk, are a possibility and you should be aware of the possibility when getting lash extensions. Unless known allergies are stated by you, it is unfortunately unforeseeable. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, a complimentary lash removal will be provided if a reaction does occur.
